Are you someone who is seeking answers to difficult questions? Do you appreciate a warm and friendly but direct approach when handling challenges? If so, I may be the counselor for you.
I take a person-centered and existential approach to counseling - aspiring to help clients find and create meaning, identity, and direction in their lives and relationships.
I also enjoy educating fellow helping professionals through community presentations and continuing education sessions. I have experience presenting to medical professionals, educators, and mental health providers in a variety of settings. Topics include but are not limited to: team building, True Colors, Myers-Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory, and Enneagram assessments, niche development, client care, and LGBTQ+ affirming care and advocacy.
